Do I need an account to view projects? Does it cost to view projects?
No, viewing is totally free! No subscription or download is required.

No! We want you to make sure we are the right solution for you, so you can sign up for free with no commitments.
Can I switch to annual at any time?
Yes! You can change your subscription at any time. Changing to annual will save you money in the long run.
Is my data secure?

Yes! Cadasio offers services to convert your old 2D instructions and documentation into fantastic 3D presentations. Head over to our services page for more information.

Do I require internet access to create Cadasio presentations?
Yes, the Cadasio designer is based within your browser so you will require an internet connection. This means you can access your account from any device. If you have a Premium subscription you have options to view projects created with Cadasio whilst offline.
Will my subscription be automatically renewed?
Yes. All plans are renewed automatically. If you buy a monthly plan, the system will charge the renewal one month after the first payment is made. If your plan is annual, the renewal will be charged 12 months after the first payment.
Do you offer support?
Cadasio is extremely easy to use, so we would hope no support is required. We have lots of video guides and tips and we are active in our community forum. You can also contact us and a member of the support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your account will be downgraded to the Personal (free) plan at the end of your billing period. You will only have access to features within the Personal plan. Any projects that are over your project limit will remain but will not be editable.
